Yep, it’s this business is a scam unfortunately. Years ago I loved their products. Now they just take your money and never ship your order or respond to emails to customer service. I placed my order 5 months ago with no word from luxmobile.
They are NOT legit and they are doing many other fake business under the same address: BowlSparkle, FinallyFresh, HelpWithMyOrder etc address: 10450 North Airport Drive, Hayden, Idaho 83835 US I contacted them asking for a refund and they haven't responded.
Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I pre-ordered a new iPhone 11 Pro Max case back in September. When I made the order, an error message kept popping up. When I checked my bank account, Lux had actually charged me twice for the product, without any confirmation or order details. I emailed them on 9/17 to ask for a refund. After going back and forth for over 2 months and sending 20+ emails, I have yet to be refunded. As much as I have liked their product in the past, I will never shop with them again and I hope no one else does.
