My wife and I recently bought a new home in Rathdrum. Hannah was super helpful in scheduling. We booked Cameron to complete the home inspection including radon test. He did a great job and identified a number of issues that were not immediately apparent. We appreciated his thoroughness in his inspection as well as his explanation of the issues along with common-sense suggestions. I look forward to working with Elite Inspections again.

Hannah and Cameron exceeded all of our expectations. We walked a property that we fell in love with and contacted Elite to do our inspection. Hannah was warm, accommodating, so incredibly helpful, and walked us through the entire process. Cameron's inspection was way more thorough than what we anticipated. We weren't able to attend our inspection due to schedules on our end, and felt more than confident in our purchase with the very detailed information and photos that Cameron had provided us with. All around professional and great family business, I can't recommend them enough.
