July the 11th we had an issue with the air-conditioner at our Airbnb in White Bird and of course it was after hours. Being a rural area there was a technician there with in 6 hours, had the part needed on his truck and the problem was resolved within 30 minutes. Thank you so much for your quick response and good customer service!

I have had a few small issues with my heat pump over the last few years and Quality has always been my go to for repair and service. They have always provided very timely and professional service. Ashley, Cody and Kyle have all been great to work with and they will continue to be my go to people for my HVAC needs.

Patty showed up on time and immediately found the problem and repaired it. Then she did a thorough check on everything. Explained everything to me. It's quiet as a mouse and working perfectly. It was buzzing loudly before just started doing that. But it is working great now.
