I was provided a quote by Adam in regards to a mini split with one indoor unit, and told him I wanted a quote with everything included. I was advised it included everything the mini split system, and total installation in the quoted price. I was quite adamant that I could not afford to go over the quote.
I had the unit installed and it was weird that he had someone other than his electrician (which was part of the original quote) but as I was quoted a total cost, I wasn’t concerned at that point. July the 11th we had an issue with the air-conditioner at our Airbnb in White Bird and of course it was after hours. Being a rural area there was a technician there with in 6 hours, had the part needed on his truck and the problem was resolved within 30 minutes. Thank you so much for your quick response and good customer service!
The techs were awesome! They were cordial, polite, and steady, knowledgeable technicians. However, an AC unit was delivered instead of the heat pump that I ordered. The manager went back and brought a heat pump, albeit a different brand; I wasn't happy with that. Additionally, the furnace cover was dented. I expect that when I pay for a new unit, it will be delivered, not scratched or dented. It would have been nice of them to offer me a new furnace cover and the Coleman heat pump that I ordered. Again, the tech staff performed outstanding work.
