“God bless this entire staff of those in life that truly share the true meaning of emotionally attached through both a spiritual connection, deep connection within our souls regarding our pets . From the second I walked into this clinic I felt peace and complete relief that I was surrounded by those who cared sincerely. The clinic was spotless , organized, well lit and every step was pain free with the main emphasis on my beautiful Africa who was in serious condition I found out. They handled all really fast and with total professionalism and expertise. And even taking the extra step of calling an emergency hospital to perform the expert assessment and diagnosis rapidly. My poor dog was in serious condition and could have passed away at any moment. I can’t pray for and give my total admiration to these ladies of excellent care and compassion. It’s something that has been lost for a long time in these clinics and in twin falls the clinics treat you with such disrespect and cruelty it makes you wonder how they are even in business. And that is a fact four clinics called and all said the same thing that no new appointments until four months away etc . Ahhhh guys did it occur to you to look up the word emergency . It is appallingly obvious the complete lack of compassion and the 100 percent focus on money and power. So don’t waste your time book you pets at this clinic you will not regret this ever ! I just got news my little girl Africa just got out of surgery and is doing well. This is what being a veterinary doctor is about . God bless you all and I will be buying you all lunch soon enough !”
