Sean frei came to our house.We wanted a sliding glass door replaced.. He was very honest.The prices are right on the paper.There's no guessing... My wife and I both felt very comfortable. I am updating my 2021 review (still 5 stars) because Window World just finished replacing every window in our home. Everything I stated in my last review is still true. Transparency in pricing, excellent communication, outstanding installation team (Jacob, Ben, and Max), and a top of the line warranty. I will continue to recommend Window World to anyone considering replacing windows.
