Very helpful, they didn't have the part I needed in Garden City but they called their other store in Caldwell, confirmed they had it and put it on hold for me. They also helped me with the diagnosis and how to fix it. From what my furnace was doing he thought it was probably the circuit board and it was. I installed the new circuit board and the furnace runs perfectly. Thank you very much guys.

We needed a fast repair on our teardrop trailer, and Dan fit us into the queue after a cancellation. It is summer, and Wilson’s is very busy, and he was completely transparent about our prospects. “I’m afraid we’re two weeks out,” he said, “but I’ll see what I can do. No promises.” He said this with genuine sympathy and kindness. We were, of course, prepared to cancel our upcoming camping trip, full expecting a week or two delay. A few hours later, Dan called and said the trailer was ready. He was delighted. We were delighted and grateful. I can’t recommend these folks highly enough. They tell it to you straight, and are thoroughly professional. We’re now lifetime customers.

We called to see if we could have them look at our RV that received wind damage from a recent storm. As soon as the guy heard it was an insurance claim he started saying how busy and backed up they were and clearly were not interested in our business.

Wilson's RV Repair deserves more than 5 stars! We were traveling through Boise to Glacier National Park when our Schwintek slide quit working. I called all the service providers Winnebago recommended for warranty service; however, none were willing to even diagnose the issue. When I called Wilson's, I felt like they actually cared about our problem and how it was impacting our travel. Darren, Dan, and Josh (service tech) made the time to diagnose the issue, try to troubleshoot it to get us on our way, but then took the time to work with Lippert to expedite shipping on a new slide system and install it all within 1 week! These guys are great and made sure that we were satisfied before we drove the trailer off the lot. I wish there were more rv/trailer repair places like Wilson's in the world!

While traveling through north central Idaho mountains about 2 1/2 hours from the Boise area, the air conditioning in our new RV quit working while still under the factory warranty. The dealer we bought the unit from has a Boise location; however, they couldn’t look at it for 5 weeks. Wilson’s RV made an emergency appointment to diagnose the problem so that we could communicate the issue to the manufacturer. A new unit was expedited to Wilson’s and upon receiving they contacted us with an appointment in 2 days to have it replaced. Darren and Galen were diligent and professional in scheduling our appointments and making sure the new unit was ready to install upon our arrival. All the techs, Paul, Josh, Dave, and Daryl, performed their testing and work flawlessly, as if it was their own RV, and treated us with respect and concern. We truly felt as if we were just hanging out with some friends for a few hours. The folks at Wilson's Garden City location very graciously fit us into their busy schedule after our travel trailer developed major wheel bearing issues during an extended road trip. They diagnosed the problem and gave us a clear and complete explanation of what was wrong and what was needed to repair it. They had us back on the road in one day.
