We had them come out to turn on and adjust our sprinklers this spring. They didn't check to see if they were covering all areas or working properly. Two zones were turned off and at least 3 sprinklers weren't watering correctly. We just found an additional sprinkler was broken and not working at all, but left puddle of water once we realized the zone wasn't turned on.

Very Impressed with the work completed by TerraVita!
I recently had my backyard entirely renovated with new sod, a brand new sprinkler system, new mulch, and a French Drain setup with dry-wells to keep the standing water off, and to keep turf healthy.
The crew went above and beyond on this project! These guys are extremely hard working, and I felt very comfortable with them completing this project. It felt like they were working on their own personal properties, and not just another job! Everything was completed very fast, and professionally - and I could not be more pleased with the results!
Upon completion, they walked me through every aspect of the rejuvenation of my yard, and followed up completely.

We had such a wonderful experience working with Terravita Landscaping! From start to finish, Nelle and Kevin were amazing — they listened carefully, helped us plan and refine the design, and oversaw every detail of the project. Their expertise and advice on plant selection, transplanting, and general gardening made the whole process easy and enjoyable.
They planted a beautiful mix of trees, shrubs, and perennials for us (including a Dave’s Weeping Blue Spruce, Moonglow Junipers, Fineline Buckthorn, Pumillo Mugo Pines, Ruby Falls and Flame Thrower Red Buds, and hydrangeas), and even took extra care to transplant our existing perennials so nothing was lost.
The end result looks incredible — we keep getting compliments from neighbors, and it already feels like our yard has been completely transformed. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Terravita Landscaping for anyone looking for thoughtful, professional, and top-quality landscaping.

They replaced the sprinklers and turf in our side yard. Two day job. Kevin and Jordan did an excellent job. Looks like a golf course .. very satisfied

I do not recommend this company for sprinkler work. Background they have set up our sprinklers and worked on our house for over 25 years. I recently purchased the house 2 to 3 years ago. It is a complex house with many zones and both AC and DC solenoids. It had a complex problem that they did not help diagnose, I had to use a different company diagnose the problem. I called them and set up an appointment for them to fix it, since they installed the system. They could not come for 11 days. This annoyed me as the lawn was not appropriately watered for 11 days during 110 weather. I waited for them to show up and took a day off from work to be there. Initially they had said they would come at 11 AM. When I asked them for their estimated time of arrival they said ‘the afternoon’ when I called them at 2:45 and asked for an update, they said many people were ahead of me, that they were swamped and they could not give me a time. When I said it was only two hours till the end of day they said “I understand your frustration, but can’t give you a time.” I waited for them all day after 11 days and they did not show up. Furthermore, they gave me no priority despite making an appointment. They have severe scheduling problems. I cannot comment on the quality of their work. I can just say they don’t care too much to be on time to do the work they say they will do. Additionally I reached out several times and went over the problem with them and reiterated my expectations for times, taking time off work to be there etc. They didn’t care. What bothers me is they gave me no indication that showing up to my appointment was optional to them. They just gave me lip service why they didn’t show up.
Good luck if you use this company. Find a company that actually wants your business and treats customers reasonably.

Teravita just lost a 25 year contract because they are unable to manage their schedule properly. We booked a repair two weeks ago and we were told they would arrive by 11.. they never arrived and we had to reach out to them to ask for a window of time that they would arrive. 3pm rolls around and they are still unable to provide a window. Another thing I would like to note is that It’s very strange they set up our sprinkler system but haven’t been able to trouble shoot or diagnose any of the issues we have had. Don’t waste your time because they won’t value it and there is no sense of loyalty even for a property of 25 years.

Bill and his team have gone above and beyond in helping with our backyard. We are first time homebuyers and have felt the process of preparing for a backyard was a lot. With Bill's help and guidance he has given us the best gift, a beautiful back yard. His team did great in laying rock for flower beds, doing metal edging, adding sprinklers and drip line, and laying sod for us. It has turned out better than expected. We are so happy!
