It is difficult to find carpet cleaning service to come to us in Idaho City.Steam Master is one of few that will drive up here and not charge an arm and a leg. Excellent service. He showed up on time, made sure my furniture and belongings were protected from his equipment, and took the extra time to get a deep clean.

I recently moved into a new house. The carpets were DISGUSTING, smelled like cat urine and seemed to be ruined. I was able to book a next day appointment with Anthony from Steam masters. He 100% got rid of the smell, the carpets look new again, and he did an amazing job. He worked so hard to get the job done. He was fast, efficient and super personable. He explained everything he did and took the time to walk us through the process. Up front about the cost, no hidden fees and made sure we we're comfortable with everything he was doing. Anthony does such a thorough job, has helpful advice on everything carpet, and is just a swell guy. Our 25 year old carpet looks good as new! We will go back to him again and again.
