I discovered I had some standing water in my crawl space. I made a call to them and they responded immediately with starting the remediation process. They told me what the process was probably going to be for the next week. They were able to do the majority of the work the next day. They have been in contact with me throughout the process scheduling follow-up visits to see how the progress was coming along. Every representative was professional in all manners every time they were here to check on the progress. I would definitely recommend them to any one I know that needed remediation work.

Greg was the gentleman who did the work for me. He was very pleasant, personable and clean, meaning he kept each area clean as he worked. He did excellent and seamless work dealing with 1940's buckled ceiling plaster. Also fit an old door into a not so even doorway and made it look as though it was there from the beginning. I love it. I would definitely hire Restoration Pro for any repairs or additions needed. Thank you so much Greg and Matt.
