Two months ago we had a water leak in our kitchen. Fortunately the leak was contained to the kitchen, into the subfloor and into the laminate flooring. After waiting for the insurance company to finally give approval for the estimate Phoenix was able to begin the rebuilding of our kitchen and flooring. Logan was the project manager / superintendent for the rebuilding. Logan called me a few times per week while waiting on the insurance—if only to let us know that we were still waiting, but at least I knew that he was still on top of the project. I had water damage in my bathroom, they helped me work with my insurance to make everything go smoothly. Also helped with all repairs and made sure everything that went back in was quality. It looks better than before.

Jared did a great job with communication, follow through, and detail. He has excellent customer service skills in these areas and was always attentive to texts, calls, with clear communication to the customer. I was pleased with Phoenix Reconstruction due to Jared's performance. Toby Allen was also excellent in detail and communication. Thank you guys.
