I started taking my basset hounds to Pet Supplies Plus because they have walk-in service for nail trims. The women in the grooming department are SO good with our dogs. Our female had a bad experience once and has been really skittish about getting her nails trimmed. The team loved on her, coaxed her, calmed her and were so gentle with her....I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. Thank you!
I cannot recommend this place enough. Every time I go in it is clean and everyone is so friendly. A big shout out to Sandy who has helped me several times, most recently going through their entire dog food selection with me trying to find something my very sick, IBD/food sensitivity dog could possibly eat.
