Carter Comfort Systems installed our HVAC system when our home was built in 2020, and we have continued to use them for the twice annual seasonal service calls since then. They are an outstanding company that provides very professional and dependable service at a fair price. Eathan is a great service technician. He is highly skilled, professional and polite. We highly recommend Carter Comfort Systems.
After an inspection of our furnace and AC by Carter Comfort, they found it to have outlived its life cycle and needed to be replaced. We asked for an estimate and when they could do the job. We had an estimate the same day and was told that it could be installed the next week. We told them to go ahead and was told that it would be installed on the following Friday. We were contacted the night before and then got an email the morning of the scheduled install and told they were on the way. They arrived at precisely the correct time. Our outdoor unit stopped working so we called Carter Systems to come out and take a look.
Our tech Andrew was very helpful. He got our system back up and running quickly and answered all of our questions with kindness and professionalism.
