Had tech Jerry come out, I had an issue with my water leaking somewhere. He called and said he was on his way, showed up and fixed my problem right away. It was something I had done with my water softener. Explained to me how the valves worked on my old water softener, told me about something that may work better for me and would provide safe water for my pets. He sent me some information, plus the breakdown of their service plans they offer. Excellent service and great explanation of things. Their service charge is actually less than some of the others I called. Saw they were 5 stars and they definitely are. Will call them for future needs. Thanks Jerry!
