As an architect, we are so often pitted against the contractors, either by egos or even sometimes by ownerships, knowing we should ideally work collaboratively or at the least in tandem to protect the owners that we are each contracted with. Steed has been more than collaborative throughout the bidding process, easily being the most thorough contractor I have ever worked with during estimation, pre-construction, and bidding, and continuing to be the most tenacious and thoughtful builder I have had the pleasure of working with.

We (Gravity Payments) hired Steed Construction to completely remodel our building in Boise. They were great to work with all along the way. I've been the owner's rep on 2 projects involving Steed as the general contractor. Each time, I've been thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and transparency. As an owner's rep, it's important that I have the information I need, the schedule stays on track, and the budget stays healthy.
