We just barely purchased a 10 year old home and then had a laundry room water leak. All the stress of our new to us home being damaged was nearly overwhelming. It was such a horribly process buying the house, and then this!! But Pro-Tec was genuinely a great company to work with. I used to be in Construction before moving to Boise and Protec Restoration exceeded ALL our expectations, and then even gave us a gift card to dinner one night because of our horrible luck these last few months. Having water damage on the first day of school was awful! But even more awful was the first company that came to our house by recommendation of a local plumber. My mother says to not say anything if you can't find something nice to say, so I won't mention the other company. Everything about this company that could do a quick dry process was shady. No morals at all! But then my neighbor came over to help and one of his family members had a problem and called Troy at Protec Restoration. We already have our bathroom back in order after 2 short weeks! I could not be more happy to have met Pro-Tec to help me with our small flooded bathroom. Thanks Troy! ... read full review

As the owner of a property management company for 25 years I have worked with an amount of restoration companies. I can truly say that Troy and his crew are the most honest and ethical restoration company in my opinion. They are very considerate of everyone in the situation and are sympathetic and work amazingly well with our tenants in the midst of a crisis.
