I think they are good at what they do. They are friendly and seem knowledgeable about tax laws. They prepare paper work for you to sign and send away if you owe money. They get things done in a timely matter.
The only negative thing I have about the experience is the cost. But the last few years I’ve had some complicated taxes. Hopefully by next year, it won’t take as long.
