I walked into Ideal Spine Health thinking I had “pretty good posture.” You know the type: shoulders back, chin up, smug sense of alignment. Then Dr. Katherine gently (and expertly) showed me that my so-called “good posture” was actually the spinal equivalent of a house held up by duct tape and hope.
Let me tell you: mind blown.

I have been seeing both Dr. Shirlene and Dr. Katherine for the last few months and I can’t say enough for how caring and helpful they are. You Get treatment to not just eliminate a pain, but to make you healthier all around. The friendly atmosphere and truly caring nature of all the employees is very special. I am so truly grateful to have found them. To top it all off you get support puppies!

Welp I’m not completely helpless. Turned 40 and just figured I’d be broken emotionally and physically during my time left on this planet.
Walking into Ideal Spine I was welcomed with smiles and a comfortable at home atmosphere… a little confused as it seemed the ladies welcoming my arrival were also talking to themselves, they were open about their ear pieces and ensured me the voices in their heads were legit.
After some painful questions I was welcomed by Katherine. She had a clue instantly and broke the news, I was broken… picked out all my major flaws from posture to a lot of other words that I understood quite well…... read full review
