I recently visited here to get my neck and shoulders worked on. The therapist had no idea what she was doing and didn’t use oil or lotion. She put a hand towel between my skin and her hand and rubbed my neck raw leaving open wounds on both side of my neck. I asked her a few times to stop in that area because it was raw and she would for a few minutes but then come back to it. I called to let them know this was unacceptable to have broken skin after a massage that has no bothered and scabbed over- looks infected. I sent pictures and called and they are not responding to me and this is not ok.
Horrible, as I walked in they asked for 30% tip upfront… I felt awkward but stayed… and then the massage was the worst I’ve had.
Tried to give my husband a happy ending. This place is absolutely despicable
