Mike took the time to explain in great detail the inner workings of the VitaSpa, the benefit of not using spray foam encapsulation, the removable interior thermal blanket, quality of construction, and common replaceable parts if needed.
The in-store staff, (Mark & Brandon) are equally as helpful, always willing to answer my question's and provide great advice on maintaining disinfectant and balance of water chemistry. The ability to bring in a sample of my Spa water for in store testing is a real bonus!
