I joined Life Time after they took over Eagle Tennis Club where I was also a member. I was curious about using a trainer since I needed a little help with motivation after some minor injuries and the resulting inactivity.
Emily is my new trainer and I'm very happy she is helping me. She listened well to my fitness history and trouble spots and created a great plan that helps with the recovery from my injuries without neglecting the rest of my body.
This was exactly what I wanted and it's turning out great. If you have a chance to work with Emily at Life Time, you should try it! I'm glad I did!!!
I’ve really enjoyed my experience with Life Time so far. I’m especially excited to explore a corporate partnership that could allow my employees at my Barbershop access to their facility as well.
Yes, the membership is expensive compared to a standard gym — but when you actually look at what you’re paying for, it makes sense. The quality of the equipment, the cleanliness of the facility, the amenities, and the people all stand out. It feels more like an investment in health and wellness than just paying for a gym membership.
The environment is motivating, professional, and welcoming. Definitely impressed with the overall experience.

We had a great tour guide who was relatable and informative. We decided to go ahead with signing up although I felt the cost was a bit overpriced.
Kids Club- Clean(LOVE!) and lots of activities and classes(LOVE!) but as a mom and also a professional career caregiver of 17 years I would of liked to view the back of the facility and know exactly which classes my kids participated in. I also did not like one of girls attitude regarding my son. Believe me I know my son’s behavior and being told he not only hit but kicked one of the staff is completely unbelievable-even my husband was taken back....read full review
