Eagle Day Spa is my go-to for massages. I've had both prenatal massages while pregnant and regular massages, and every experience has been amazing. The therapists are skilled, attentive, and really listen to your needs. The space is clean, calm, and incredibly relaxing. I always leave feeling so much better and can't recommend them enough! There is no where else I'd rather go in Idaho!

Kristy and Angel are simply amazing massage therapists and people as well. Been coming here for years now and Sara has assembled a fantastic staff. Pleasant, welcoming and warm. You feel it upon entering the premises. To be honest if it was just Kristy that was amazing I wouldn't write a review because we'd never be able to get in to see her but Angel is superb as well. When you're ready to be good to yourself this is the place to get those knots and kinks worked out. They are so terrific I'm going to sacrifice two hours of our daughter's visit next month so she can enjoy the talents of Kristy before she boards her flight home. Now that's... read full review
