They are really great. Even if they do mess up, they'll correct it for you. They will offer solution, amenities, and compromises to fix the problem. They offered several solutions, and I picked a solution that I thought was best. I have never had a bad experience there, I'll point out a problem, and they'll fix it (they'll tell me if there is a problem and come up with a way to fix it). Great services (note.. the amenities compromise is if they mess up your hair).
Carrie is the best. She always colors my hair better than anyone I have used before. Carrie has an easy schedule for me to get an appointment.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
Nicole is THE BEST hair stylist I have ever had in my life. I’ve moved and searched around but there is nobody who even comes close to giving me results like she does… so I travel to get my hair done! She is so patient and really listens to what I am looking for and then delivers. Whether I’m going lighter, darker, drastic or just a trim- She always makes sure I’m happy before I leave the chair. She just gets it! She’s also super nice and easy to talk to but is also respectful if I don’t feel like chatting that day. She makes it such a relaxing experience. 1000/10 would recommend.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
