Capable, honest, efficient!
I'm a local McCall resident. After an absolutely awful experience with a builder from the valley, we were directed to John Evans by 2 friends who had built with him. What impressed me the most was his attention to cost and willing to work within our budget. He saved us money by drawing up the plans himself. He accurately estimated costs and gave options for lower cost alternatives. However, he did not cut corners on anything that would affect the quality of our home. My walls are perfectly straight because he hired a capable framing crew and used engineered 2x4s. The siding crew did an amazing job as well. We are in the final stretch now...read full review
