Hallmark Homes makes a nice house with solid build quality and nice floorplans. The home options look solid and the warranty department has made great strides. Buyers can reach out directly with any questions about the home, however be aware of a weakness in cement contractors that can cause damage to driveways, sidewalks, cracks or shifting. Buyer beware. Hallmark Homes makes a nice house. However, their weakness is cement contractors. I have not seen a Hallmark Homes over two years old that does not have some damage to the driveways and/or sidewalks. Hallmark will not take responsibility for any cracks or shifting. Buyer beware.
My hallmark homes sold to me by Jeromy knoll Have met and exceeded the expectations . Jeromy Has been amazing in providing truthful and accurate information regarding all aspects of home purchases . I'm grateful for everyone at hallmark I recommend them . I believe they try Very hard to produce a genuine and good product. If you decide to give them A try please work with them not against them . I know buying a new home is stressful they are Not your enemy because it's expensive . They Will work with and hard for you if you give them the opportunity. Mike :)
