“Dr. Anders Langworthy, Jenell, and the whole team here saved my 13 year old Yorkie, Bentley.

He had a large surgical instrument stuck inside of him…. A very scary (malpractice) error that was made by a previous vet, at a different clinic.
I was in shock, panicked, horrified….

Jenell was so caring. She skillfully reviewed the risks, but then provided me a sense of calm. She gave me the confidence I needed to let them help. My saving grace ?.

Dr. Anders was intelligent, skilled, responsible, calm…. He made a plan for Bentleys surgical care that aligned with my needs and goals for Bentley.
I was so panicked…. I didn’t care that he wasn’t a “specialist” or working in the most advanced facility in the region. I tried the (apparently) most advanced facility in the region… I initially drove him 2 hours down to WSU-Pullman vet emergency department…. Once we figured out what was wrong with him…. WSU demanded $900 upfront and placed him on a “list” of patients.
I couldn’t believe they wanted to speak about finances before even making a plan to help my dog. I was so upset and they really didn’t do a lot to help! Other than take my money and tell me to get in line.

I then reached out to EVH of CdA….
I needed Bentley cared for immediately.

The entire team took it very seriously…. and did everything they could in their power to save Bentleys life…. They got him into surgery right away. They saved him.

I am forever grateful. Bentley is home now and on the road to recovery. I will hopefully be able to cherish many more memories with my miracle boy. God bless you all. Riley ?“

“Extremely clean and efficient operation Bentley was just a little nervous in an unfamiliar place but the staff put him at ease. everyone was very nice and very friendly, they went over everything in detail our follow up is in one month looking forward to it.“

“Dr. Bailey is the best vet we've ever had. My wife and I had been in the area for almost 20 years before we moved. Dr. Bailey was by far the best vet we've ever had. She cared about our animals and even gave our dachshund a last meal (biscuits and gravy) before putting her to sleep.

When we moved across the country, she gave our dog medication for driving ~3,000 miles without hesitation, and on short notice. When it came to sending our transcripts to multiple vets, everything happened quickly.

I hope we can find someone that truly cares about our animals the way she did. We went through many vets and thousands of dollars. I wish we happened upon her before wasting so much time everywhere else.

“1) Appointments: this place is popular so when a friendly receptionist was able to squeeze in our never-before-seen puppy within a week onto a schedule booked out for a month, we were impressed 2) Cleanliness: the open lobby is pristine for a business dominated by animals and lacks an anticipated smell often associated with such institutions 3) Friendliness: being greeted by staff bearing warm smiles helps to decrease both owner and pet anxiety in what can be a nerve wracking situation 4) Vet techs: professional, knowledgeable and thorough these techs are more helpful than any encountered in other similar establishments we've visited in years past 5) Veterinarians: for reasons unclear to me, perhaps great contracts for the doctors, this place has assembled an All-Star cast of compassionate pet care experts, such as Drs Thrasher and Reese, who are as competent in their life careers as they are caring for owners.“
