Amazing staff and so compassionate! I had my kitten neutered today at Pet Savers in the Valley and they seem to have not given a reversal to the sedative. He’s 6.4lbs and about 4-5 months old, the sweetest little grey guy, so energetic and playful- always running around at Mach Jesus speeds and getting into play fights with his brothers Apollo and (blind) Oracle Nugget. I picked him up at 5:45 and he was still completely out and had a little poop coming out. A couple hours later, around 7:40, i noticed his bladder was leaking a constant dribble. I hope you don't ever need an emergency veterinary clinic but if you do, this place was excellent! Our cat had been chomped by an 80-pound dog and I thought her eye ball might need removal. Plus, she was bleeding from her mouth and nose. I was worried she might need to be put down but hoped she would be okay with surgery. This was on Sunday evening of Labor Day weekend.
We live in Spokane Valley and called some ERs but one had you wait in your car due to some renovations. My little dog was hit by a car and we rushed him to EVH in a panic. The receptionist we called on our way was sweet and supportive, and rushed him to triage immediately upon arrival. His technicians throughout his 24 hour stay, Brittney, Shane, and Cerene were compassionate, thorough, and great communicators. His doctor, Dr. DeMarco, was efficient, down-to-earth, realistic, and very knowledgeable. We knew that Tyrone was in the best hands and that allowed us to have some peace during an extremely stressful and heartbreaking time. We can’t say enough positive things about EVH and will be forever grateful to them for saving our boy. 🖤
