Went there today with my mom. Hoping to get nice gifts for the grandkids and maybe something for my sister in-law. The five for ten deal was nice. However, I wanted to raise a concern about the store environment that I assume is beginning to impact the customers and staff alike. The store felt very warm and it lacked proper ventilation. The building was filled with hair spray and perfumes and the heat from outside did not make it a pleasant experience. I thought maybe it was the building as a whole. My daughter and I had a wonderful experience with the makeup consultant and the staff. As an LGBTQ+ individual, they were affirming and welcoming! They helped me find the right tone of foundation and recommended a high end brand!
I absolutely will be recommending my friends and will be returning. Thank you Ulta for making our day filled with fabulousity ~<3
