Big shout out to Lisa! She was wonderful to me, helping me pick out my bridal make up. She was wonderful accommodating to my sensitive skin. When she couldn’t find the product she recommended, she went right back to try to find an exact match. Thank you Lisa so much for trying to help make my special day! ❤️

Danielle went above & beyond for me during my last visit. She was very helpful in SO many ways! She's adorable, friendly & professional! I have been a Ulta member for years! I have visited several stores throughout the country. Unfortunately, the customer service I have received has varied and is rarely consistent. Sadly, retail customer service is not what it used to be. It's refreshing when you are cared for by an exceptional associate of management like Danielle! I just wanted to express my appreciation. Ulta has found a gem! ?Thank you Danielle. ⚡️You rock! ?? I look forward to seeing you again real soon. ?

So I forgot to make a review, lol. But I went to this Ulta knowing Jack diddly about makeup, I didn’t even know how to use foundation or simple mascara. But I was desperate and wanted to finally give it a go. I walked in, and immediately was helped by two different people who showed me how to properly color match and apply everything. I bought what they suggested, and boom, I’m looking like a star.
Unfortunately, I do not remember their names, but the two women who helped me were stellar, honestly all the employees were nice just by observing.
