Front reception very nice and people personable. My doctor explained skin care and took time in my appointment. I was not rushed.

I called to make an appointment for a "free complimentary consult with an esthetician". I went to my appointment and quickly realized that I was talking to a dermatologist and not the esthetician. The doctor also confirmed with me that I was seeking services of an esthetician and not dermatology. We talked about a few things, none of which she could help me with. She said to reschedule with the esthetician for my primary inquiry, any of my secondary interests I had would need to be seen at their CDA location. Total waste of time, both mine and the doctors, as well as my $203 for a "new patient appointment" that I didn't ask for or need. I talked to the front desk on my way out, explained that even the doctor confirmed that I should not have been scheduled with her. None the less, I still received a bill from them. I have since found wonderful care elsewhere and will not be returning to NID.

Very professional and skilled, they found best treatment for non-malignent growth. They seem to be doing very well

I have been going to NID for several years and have had 3 cancers removed. The first doctor I interacted with was Ben Ringer and he was terrific. I usually book appointments in Moscow. Dr. Ringer seldom comes down there and I get booked with a nurse practitioner (Mortenson). The last time I made special appointment because I had a rash on my neck and an open sore in my ear lobe. She didn't listen to me say that the open sore was a developed skin cancer. She simply said precancers and got out the freezing device. I was not in there 5 minutes and got a bill for over $380. Weeks later I still have the same issues and the sore in my ear is worse. I am going to another dermatologist. Booking with NID meant weeks of waiting, minimal attention to the problem and big bills.

If I could give NO stars I would prefer. After a few visits all seemed well until my last visit. Within just a couple weeks it doesn't look like I had any injections. Completely disappointed with the call I had with them not allowing me to come back in for a touch up or want to see me for a follow up. I have been getting injections for years. This place is a scam.

Tabitha is a lovely person. Shares all the products and treatments that you provide. Made me feel very comfortable and her facial was superb. I will be returning.

dr. LEILANI R TOWNSEND and her team were amazing. really use yelp because I think it's kind of lame and very negative. But I do have to say my visit this morning was amazing and they were very professional.

To start off, when this clinic calls to schedule an appointment and then you call moments later, there is no answer... 15 minutes later you try again, no answer... leave a message... no returned call. Next morning I call, phone is answered and hung up immediately as if I'm inconveniencing you and your busy morning... nice touch. After this we finally got scheduled for a 2pm appointment. At this point you may be asking yourself, "why continue with this dermatology office?" Well this is where our pediatrician referred our daughter and so it's not exactly easy to go through all the hoops of healthcare. Back to my experience... we arrive at 150pm to fill out some paperwork, as we are waiting in line it starts to grow. Eventually we are helped... sort of. The first question asked was who we were and what time our appointment was, I explained we were told we had a 2pm appointment and the receptionist rudely says, "we have you scheduled for 2:15, since there is a long line and you are early we are going to ask you to be seated so we can get the line caught up then we will check you in"... excuse me what? I look at my daughter who is puzzled and I explain to her that we just got booted to the back of the line because we were "too early". We finally get brought back to our exam room at about 2:25 by a medical assistant (or at least I think it was), then wait there until about 2:50 for the nurse practitioner to examine my daughter's area of concern. The NP was pleasant 4/5 stars and that is the only reason I give 2 stars because ultimately she is who we were there to see. The front office deserves a 1/5 review as well as the MA who settled us. If you can look elsewhere I would strongly encourage it. It's never easy bringing a child to the Dr., especially when you are trying to figure out what is going on. To that point, a little more compassion would be appreciative in my experience.

Friendly enough but I don't think they really helped medically. They didn't tell me anything new besides what my PCP already told me and I have had no improvement with my skin issues. I wish they would have been more thorough.
