My experience with Summit Exteriors was excellent. I've been in North Idaho for 12 years and have had many experiences with contractors across the spectrum from outbuilding construction to flooring installers, to well diggers, to landscapers. None of them were half as responsive, thorough, timely, or reliable as Summit. It's like they're from a time when you could count on someone to do what they say and do it well. We had a new metal roof placed that failed with the first snowfall at Schweitzer. Afterwards, we researched the best roofer in the area and Summit Exteriors was highly recommended. Jorn looked at our roof and did the due diligence to come up with a plan and design that would eliminate the ice dams in our valleys. His design included snow fences and an Ice Dam Shield. We had no ice dams and no leaks and the value of our building increased greatly with the roof he placed. I highly recommend Jorn Reger and Summit Exteriors for a superior roof, especially in the Schweitzer area . John Ukich
