I was LONG overdue for a spa day and finally decided to treat myself and get my hair done for the first time in forever. While looking through the services, I saw the zero gravity Pedicure and remembered a friend telling me how much she loved hers, so I figured why not make a whole day of it!
From the moment I arrived, I felt so taken care of. I was greeted warmly, given a tour, and since I was a little early they invited me to relax in the spa lounge. I grabbed some lemon-infused water and settled into one of the lounge chairs, which honestly made it feel like my spa day started before my appointment even did.

Came into Runway for the contrast therapy after my wife, who already goes here, told me about it. I don’t know of anywhere else in town where you can do both the sauna and cold plunge in your own private room, which was a huge plus for me.
My wife also signed me up for the men’s facial afterward - Wasn’t really sure what to expect, but it was actually incredibly relaxing. The facialist was super knowledgeable, listened to what was going on, addressed all of my concerns, and the whole service felt very high-end without being uncomfortable or stuffy.

I have received numerous treatments from Erica, including brows, lymphatic drainage, body sculpting, micro needling and more. She helped me clear up my persistent acne and the lymphatic facial massages helped with my blocked sinuses and recurring congestion and headaches. Everything she does is done with precision and I always see the best results!
