I just wanted to say that my experience with Kolby was over the top. He was kind, considerate, professional and most importantly extremely neat. We don't use a plumber very often but it's nice to know that when we do somebody like Kolby would be available to help. We felt safe with him in our home the entire time and are beyond pleased with the work he did.
Technician Kolby, was outstanding in his service at our residence very knowledgeable teaching us how to effectively use the septic system and list of items not to flush in the toilet so Roto-Rooter will not have to make a service call.
