Pioneer was one of three plumbing companies I contacted for an estimate to replace my water heater. Their pricing was highly competitive, but their outstanding customer service—both from Dustin on-site and the front office staff—was the deciding factor for me.
I had quite a few questions, and each was answered promptly and thoroughly, with my requests readily accommodated. Dustin arrived on time, the installation was completed professionally, and the work area left clean and tidy.
I highly recommend Pioneer and their team. Thank you!
Absolutely Exceptional Service

He took the extra time to check a faucet upstairs, inspect some piping, look into a noise we were hearing when the hot water was turned on, and check the water pressure throughout the house. He also gave us great advice about winterizing our home.
What stood out most was that Nick took the time to get to know us, make sure we understood everything, and make sure we were completely satisfied.
