Darcie and her helper (plus dogs) were extremely helpful to us. They really understand dog behavior and how to manage/control problem behaviors. She takes extra care to understand and fix the issues you are having, and makes sure you "get" what she is teaching. We have 2 Bassett Hounds who have been very difficult to control their excited jumping and barking when we have people over. They have made good progress and Darcie left us with the right tools to continue this process until we feel the dogs are under control and submit to the training. Rick and Darcy have been nothing but absolutely fabulous. They helped Max, my 4 year old, highly reactive and highly fearful blue heeler into - not a completely different dog - but a very improved version of himself (which I love - I adore Max's personality!) I had always wished that people got to experience the same dog that I am privileged to experience. Had I not met and spoken at length with Darcy about Max's sensitivities, I don't know where I'd be.On top of being phenomenal with every dog that comes through their doors, they are great friends. When it comes to board and train our Whiskey girl. I can see a definite change in her behavior. The trainers are super helpful and patient. As of right now she is going into service dog training to help me for I have physical limitations and I have high anxiety. When I had a death in my family I needed to see my Whiskey and they allowed me to come see her even though it wasn't a scheduled time to see her. I recommend pawsitive difference for all your pet needs.
