Please note the positive reviews are when they were storm mechanical. The lady was phenomenal and then she quit the company and her husband reformed it as two NW. mechanical heating and cooling or northwest heating and cooling. He is terrible. They do not stand behind their product! These people were a husband and wife team until the wife left the company and he changed it to northwest heating and cooling. They installed a mini split and did not register it with the company. It was defective for a year and a half I have tried to get them to replace it and they have refused. I called Liz at 6:30pm on a Saturday night as the heat in our rental was not working. She was there by 7pm! And she did not charge extra for a weekend or after hours visit. She solved our problem quickly and efficiently. We will be using her from now on.Service: Thermostat repair
