If his business is an option for your warranty claim, use it. He is very familiar with warranty companies. The Ice maker in our refrigerator stopped working, Erik (the owner) came out and did the repair. Unfortunately it still wasn't working. I let him know, and He came back a couple days later and got it figured out. I really appreciated his communication and timely responses to get it working. Good honest dude.

We had a burner go out on our stovetop and we called for a repair. Tyler C. came out and quickly addressed the issue, finding a solution within 30 minutes. He was incredibly professional, polite and attentive. I would happily suggest Northern Appliance to anyone having appliance issues for their professionalism as well as their well rounded knowledge.

Erik was great, he diagnosed the problem, gave a few options and then scheduled at our convivence. We had tried a few DIY options and couldn't fix it so we were happy to have his skill and knowledge to get us back up and running.
