We had a burner go out on our stovetop and we called for a repair. Tyler C. came out and quickly addressed the issue, finding a solution within 30 minutes. He was incredibly professional, polite and attentive. I would happily suggest Northern Appliance to anyone having appliance issues for their professionalism as well as their well rounded knowledge.
Erik was great, he diagnosed the problem, gave a few options and then scheduled at our convivence. We had tried a few DIY options and couldn't fix it so we were happy to have his skill and knowledge to get us back up and running.
Erik was wonderful to work with! He answered the phone right away, scheduled us within days, arrived on time, and did an excellent job with our oven repair. Since this was for an RV oven, he was very up front and honest about the likelihood of if he would be able to fix it or not. He was able to fix it, and I am so relieved that propane is no longer leaking into our space. Not to mention, that he was a friendly and kind person. Thanks Erik!
