I chose North Idaho Dermatology because they’re in Post falls Idaho. I don’t have to drive in to Coeur d’Alene anymore. The employees were wonderful. The doctor I had was great. Plus she was a beautiful lady and I’ll be going there in three months for a check up. Thank you for taking me in as a patient Toni Black

I have had issues with North Idaho Dermatology often but we don't have many options in Sandpoint so I put up with the issues. They take forever to get you in for an appointment. They have unexpected charges that my insurance wont cover, like doing their own labs. But the biggest issue is when I went to get a cream for a rash that comes and goes. They would not give me a refill until I come in again to see them but they don't have an appointment for 3 weeks. I asked if they could get me the cream so I could get out of pain now while I wait and they refused. The rash will be gone before I can get in to see them. I have not found them to be caring as people have said it has been the opposite. The doctor I worked with was good but the rest of the staff and nurses were not worth working with for the one doctor.

What a great clinic! The first person who greeted me in the office was so welcoming and friendly. I saw Dr Khorsand, who was just wonderful. Very reassuring, knowledgeable, extremely kind and personable. Her nurse Mae was a delight. A very positive experience!!

I have been going to North Idaho dermatology for over four years, originally it was just for regular mole check ups and some spa treatments for facial skin. However, last year I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I just finished radiation treatment. My skin is severely severely burned from the radiation treatment. I made an appointment with Dr. Townsend and she was very, very helpful, she gave me several ointments that have made my skin feel so much better and a vinegar bath that has been tremendously helpful. I love this place!

My experience with North Idaho dermatology has always been a very good experience very professional experience. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to North Idaho Dermatology.

Went there in February of this year. It was a V.A. referral. This. Is one of those medical clinics that operates on billing and insurance rules. Never saw a doctor, just someone with a tablet taking pictures. Never was touched or actually examined. Second worse medical experience ever. Person who took pictures left room came recommending medication I asked about, saw it on commercial wanted to know what it was only. Next day a Chinese phara called me wanted to setup treatment plan. This is not professional medicine this a scam. Do not go to this place if you want any actual treatment. The V.A. just tried to send me there again. Refusing, on February 28th I went to the V.A. for three appointments one was for dermatology, I died twice during first appointment and got sent to worse medical experience, Scared Heart in Spokane, I spent a month in that hell hole. Had quadruple bypass. This place and Scared Heart need to be shut down and the doctors need to lose their right to practice. Think we are paying lazy doctors who are paying off their loans
