I was seen originally urgent care post Mr Falls . They sent me to the emergency room coure d Alene. In a neck brace Checked in ok went down hill from there. So waiting for 1.5 hours after check in eventually will go to the back and then wait how long to see a Doctor then a wait for a CT scan. I’m obviously someone failed TRIAGE care. One person possibly a doctor got his friend and visitors after I came to the emergency room room. What a poor way to run an emergency room .

Currently seeing Alyssa, LOVE HER! Super patient and understanding, actually listens to what I'm telling her. It's always easy to get an appointment within a few days, sometimes same day, depending on what I'm calling about. Will always recommend these folks to anyone I talk to.

I saw Dr Magers and had my concerns brushed off, the only concern she addressed was my ear pain and after 4 rounds of antibiotics she said she would refer me to an ENT, which never happened. I’d never send anyone here. Only reason for two stars is because the nursing staff were kind and polite.

This is by far the best place I’ve ever been. I see McAlpine and he’s wonderful, he cares about me, he listens to me and does everything he can. I wouldn’t want anyone else to be my doctor. He even has the best nurse. She always calls me back in a timely matter and follows through on everything I ask. I’d give it more stars if I could. So happy I found Kootenai Family. ?

I received a $273 bill from a 15 minute office visit. A visit where I was just asking to be referred to a new allergist, something that could have been done over the phone. I never even received the referral! When I contested this insane charge I got the run around basically stating the charge is what is and to just deal with it. That's absolutely insane that you guys can charge patients that much for that type of visit. You people are the problem with Health Care in America.
