Me and my husband did a private sauna. Everything is well kept, clean, relaxing and very enjoyable. Sauna was amazing! Cold plunge... Cold, even better to have the sauna to go back too lol. Loved everything about this place.

I've now been attending Heat Praxia for two weeks, and all I can say is I never realized how much I needed this in my life. I have a pretty stressful job and tend to work way too much, which has led to poor sleep and pinched nerves from poor posture sitting at a desk for long hours. I've also always struggled with the seasonal changes and the early dark days.
But by making this a priority and coming at least four times a week, along with taking advantage of the breathing classes, I’ve noticed a significant difference. Heat Praxia is such a gem in CDA. The facility is pristine with a spa like feel and everyone is so welcoming. You have views of the lake from the sauna and the location right next to Tubbs Hill is perfect!
