The waiting room is calm, the office staff patient and friendly, the hygienists skilled - as is Dr Delwyn. I’ve experienced past dental trauma and have anxiety so particularly appreciate the all-around patience and gentle handling provided. The technology is modern and it’s great to be able to view large photos of my teeth when/if problems are discovered. So far, so good. Keep up the great work everyone! ?
Our family has been seeing Dr. Dick for a couple of years now. He is always available for emergencies and he and the staff are friendly, professional, and compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Dick!
I have not had a dentist since moving to Coeur d’Alene several years ago. I recently had a veneer cap pop off of my front tooth during a holiday weekend. Dr. Dick and his friendly and efficient staff scheduled me in quickly and restored my smile. Thank you to Dr. Dick and his staff at KOOTENAI Dental Group who were all so kind and helpful.
