Deborah is the best. She is an artist and really understands her clients. She had to create eyebrows for me since I didn't have any, and eye liner as well. And not just a cookie cutter application, she created them to fit ME. Absolutely perfect! Deborah is a true artist in every sense of the word. She has been doing my permanent make up for over 10 years now and I trust her implicitly. I love that she gives me her very educated opinion on what will or will not look good on me. I have never been disappointed. Her shop is quiet, clean and beautiful.
