Mike and Heidi Poole and their crew are flat out the best. The true apex of professionalism and courtesy and quality. They not only install the best equipment, they service their products as well. I have had a new AC put in, done other business with them and recently had a new furnace installed (today). When I called, Mark J answered the phone and was immediately attentive and was at my house within one hour. My furnace had a significant leak and was emitting dangerous carbon monoxide. Within one day he had a new furnace built and today he removed the old dangerous one and installed a brand new high-efficiency furnace. Done. Just a day or two after speaking... read full review

Just had our furnace and air conditioning unit replaced Wow what a great job Mark and his helper did! This company delivered from the first phone call to install. It was so easy and we could not be happier. We found them through Costco which had a few perks They were fast, friendly, efficient and I feel competitively priced They took great care of our home. Do not overlook CDA Spokane HVAC if you need new equipment they are exceptional
