Shirley was wonderful. Such a unique experience to have a massage that puts your body back in alignment almost like a chiropractor session would - every time she would go deep in a spot I was preparing for pain and even soreness the next day, but, there wasn’t any! What a gift, thank you Shirley!!!
Getting a massage from Shirley is a one-of-a-kind experience. She takes time to get to know you before the massage, and then to read what is going on in your body through her hands. She has extensive training and education spanning 38 years and is a master of her art and science. After warming up my muscles and fascia, she was able to access a point deep within my chest/shoulder blade area that I've never been able to release my whole life. After 2 weeks I can still feel the release. She is amazing. I highly recommend.
