My wife and I selected Aspen Homes to build our dream house on Lake CDA. We met with several local builders, but Aspen had the strongest strategy to manage our project which is on a steep and narrow hill location. All others wanted to shrink the garage and pull the house back, but we didn’t want that.
From the start, Bryan and Matt set out a detailed schedule for basically a one-year project. We finished within two weeks of that target. Building projects have many challenges, and the Aspen team was phenomenal at establishing recovery plans to offset hurdles experienced during the process and keep the project on schedule.
From the very first meeting with Erik and Bryan, I knew they were the team for us. These are handshake people. The culture that began with founders Todd and Zetta Stam, is apparent throughout the entire team. A casual, yet very professional approach and atmosphere firmly rooted in family values.
They completed our home in the Fall of 2022. The timeline is an important factor because building during this time proved to be extraordinarily challenging for many reasons (supply chain delays, etc.) and yet they still got it done ahead of schedule.
