Throughout my first year after purchase, he checked in to ensure everything was beyond satisfactory, and responded to my inquiries with the most timely and professional assistance that went above and beyond expectations.
I can’t not say enough positive things about my experience purchasing new construction with Architerra Homes. It’s no secret that the home buying process can be super overwhelming but Tina worked closely with my realtor to ensure the deal went through with ease. Once the offer was accepted, Jeff walked me through the closing and warranty process, providing helpful tips on maintenance and quickly addressing my concerns. I would highly recommend Architerra, they are a great team and I love my home!
I have been working with Mr.Jeff Foubert at our new home in Deer Park. We have spotted a few things that needed repair and I mentioned them to him and he was very helpful and got on the issues right away. I know that he was busy with other projects, but he made sure that he would get my issues taken care of and he did just that.
