October of 2024 I tragically lost my twin babies, a boy and a girl, when I went into labor prematurely.. as my husband and I had to go through one of the worst things anyone could go through we got asked if we would like to proceed with funeral services because there was a handful of funeral homes that help out with these tragic events..although there were options for other funeral homes my nurses recommended Wilks funeral Home. I couldn’t say enough positive things about my experience with Wilks during my father’s passing. Their empathy, kindness, and attention to detail made an incredibly difficult time more bearable for our family.
Brittney, in a moment when most people feel lost, you stood beside us — answering every question with patience, grace, and genuine care.
Dan, thank you for transporting Dad to Boise and overseeing the service. You are a true professional, communicating clearly every step of the way.

My older brother died unexpectedly at the age of 39 a few weeks ago. As my family navigated this earth-shattering heartbreak from California, we were grateful to be under the care of Amy Swift at Wilks. She showed us so much grace and patience, helping us make sense of an unbelievable situation (again, from several states away) and never made us feel bad about all the calls and emails from our family. She adjusted a floral order to be sent to my parents instead of the funeral home… she and the team set up a beautiful private viewing space for us to collect his ashes… she walked my parents through all their options with so much tenderness.
