“We had a portion of the wrap off of our deck blow off with the wind. Jeff had not done the work, but a previous employee had. They came out and fixed it for free. I was very impressed that they took care of us, even though it had been a few years since the original work.”
“We are very pleased with the job CCX Roofing completed on our home. The crew did a great job (especially considering the cold weather) and completed the project in a timely manner.
There were a couple of minor issues and damage, but Alex Odishoo was very pro-active and took care of issues.
Also appreciated the frequent communication on the status of the project by the scheduler Danielle and Project Manager Alex.
Overall I would highly recommend CCX Roofing!
Called Alex O back for roofing replacement on outbuilding. He showed up for explanation of job and inspection and within the hour we had quotes in hand!
Relatively small job but CCX got us taken care of in a timely and professional manner and quite happy with the crew and the results!
Thanks again Alex and CCX!”
“When I called Idaho fire & flood, Bret M. Was out to our house within the hour, even after their business hours. He was incredibly professional, gave us great advice and feedback, and was so very kind. He did not do/remove anything without our permission, and he asked multiple times if there was anything else he could help with before he left. We were very disheartened and not hopeful after being in a disagreement with another restoration company who took $7,000 from us, and would not fix or remediate their own mistakes. Bret made us feel very validated, especially after feeling very stupid by a well known green restoration company. We actually felt some hope finally once we called Bret, he took the time to listen to our full story, he did not jump to conclusions, and it really felt like he’s on our side, and will do anything he can to help us, not just get our money (especially after insurance denied our sewage leak claim). Again, so very grateful for Bret and how hardworking, reliable and respectful he is.”
