He was incredibly professional, gave us great advice and feedback, and was so very kind. He did not do/remove anything without our permission, and he asked multiple times if there was anything else he could help with before he left. We were very disheartened and not hopeful after being in a disagreement with another restoration company who took $7,000 from us, and would not fix or remediate their own mistakes. Bret made us feel very validated, especially after feeling very stupid by a well known green restoration company. “Will and crew were simply fantastic. Great communication from the time I got on their schedule to completion.
My home is over a 100 years old and a previous owner had done an add on that hadn't been property done. Long story short. roof was not any easy one at all.
Will and crew jump right on it and had it stripped & completed in 3 days. 2 days sooner than expected. When It came time to pay the agreed upon price. My balance was less then originally quoted. Shocked I said what's up with this. Will said: well sir. We completed it sooner than expected and we didn't need as much material as I thought we would. So less labor & less materials. Makes my price less.I thanked him for his honesty and gladly paid the original agreed price. Told him to take his guys out to lunch. Integrity in the construction? Not easily found these days.
