We chose to purchase a battery for our home solar system. CJ was willing to answer all of our questions and took time to listen to our concerns and address them. Ruben came out to survey our home and solar panels for the installation. He did a very thorough job and was very kind and respectful. The next day Jamie called as a follow up to make sure we were happy with the service that we received. We are very happy with the service and support that Big Dog offers!

I recently changed internet providers. In so doing, my Solar Edge app would not connect with my controller. Although there was a problem connecting on that day, Cierra was able to troubleshoot the problem and eventually the connection was made. I couldn't be happier with the service she provided.
