I have used Wilson’s to install Starlink, to replace a toilet gasket, to troubleshoot an electrical connection in the ceiling fan. All repairs unsuccessfully, and at what I consider to be a very fair price and in good time.
The power went out in my storage unit on a Thursday and I was preparing to leave for a camping trip. My inverter faulted because of the low-voltage and I called Scott. Amazing service! Scott was super helpful on the phone and great to talk to when I arrived. He did more diagnostics in 10 minutes, in the parking lot, than a big corporate shop did in an hour at $225! Told me several potential causes for my slide not working and did tell me that the only way to know for sure would involve taking it a part. Huge difference from being told that it needed $2350 in parts up front and $1200 or more in labor, and they never even opened the slide. Made the appointment, two hours later they called to tell me it wasn’t the frame, or the motors or the tracks, but a cable that costs about $125.
